HUREVAC Guide Comming Soon! Jacksonville, FL is not immune to the recent frequency of hurricane activity that has occured in the past few years. This "Hurricane Awarness and Evacuation Guide" as well as this site have been created to raise your level of understanding and preparedness in the event of a hurricane that has Jacksonville, FL in its path.

In the event of a hurricane that is destined to impact the Jacksonville, FL area the Commanding Officer, JU NROTC will evaluate and make the decision to evacuate the NROTC unit to safe harbor. In the event of an evacuation order from the Commanding Officer, JU NROTC, the "HUREVAC Mustering System" will be activated on the JU NROTC Intranet Homepage.
